Less stress

This program provides an introduction to some very effective tools and techniques to better deal with stress. This stress can be caused by work, a private situation or daily busy life. In this program we will work with heart coherence and other relaxation techniques to better regulate acute stress. In addition, exercises from cognitive behavioural therapy will be discussed such as worrying tips, learning to detect stress, and helpful and less helpful ways to deal with chronic stress.

At the end of this program you will have built up knowledge and skills in a playful way about how to successfully tackle the daily stress.
