In this program you will discover what burnout is and how it's caused. You will receive a lot of information, exercises and tips to understand, prevent or tackle burnout.

You will learn about the working context, as well as personal and environmental factors that have an impact on burnout. By means of some questionnaires (stress, BAT, ...) you can measure your personal risk of having burnout. The program offers tools to figure out how you've lost your way and how to get back on track.

Burnout is an energy problem, in which you lose feeling of your own body. For this reason, it is not possible to complete more than 1 lesson per week. Take your time to recover, as well as to go through this program at your own pace. Step by step rebuild your energy.
