    In this program you will discover what burnout is and how it's caused. You will receive a lot of information, exercises and tips to understand, prevent or tackle burnout.

    You will learn about the working context, as well as personal and environmental factors that have an impact on burnout. By means of some questionnaires (stress, BAT, ...) you can measure your personal risk of having burnout. The program offers tools to figure out how you've lost your way and how to get back on track.

    Burnout is an energy problem, in which you lose feeling of your own body. For this reason, it is not possible to complete more than 1 lesson per week. Take your time to recover, as well as to go through this program at your own pace. Step by step rebuild your energy.

Choose the lessons that interest you the most. Do you want to follow the full program? Great, but take your time. Let all the information sink in. Know that you can pause and resume at any time. Read each lesson as often as you like. By doing that, the effect will be all the greater!

    Health anxiety

    Being afraid of getting ill is normal, but when it takes hold of your personal, social or professional life, we talk about "illness anxiety". It can affect your self-image and relationships. And it can even negatively affect your health! This program is intended for anyone who experiences obstructive fears about his or her health. This may include:
    • People who are concerned about 1 particular disease such as Covid-19, HIV, cancer, heart disease, ...
    • People who are concerned about various diseases
    • People who think they are already sick, but who have not been diagnosed
    • People who are afraid to go to certain places for fear of being exposed to germs
    The approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, with the focus on the here and now. We're not going to try to figure out where your fears are coming from, but we're going to focus on providing practical tools to change your life now.

    Less stress

    This program provides an introduction to some very effective tools and techniques to better deal with stress. This stress can be caused by work, a private situation or daily busy life. In this program we will work with heart coherence and other relaxation techniques to better regulate acute stress. In addition, exercises from cognitive behavioural therapy will be discussed such as worrying tips, learning to detect stress, and helpful and less helpful ways to deal with chronic stress.

    At the end of this program you will have built up knowledge and skills in a playful way about how to successfully tackle the daily stress.

    This program will offer you practical tools on how to get started with mindfulness and meditation. After an introduction on why mindfulness is useful, we'll move on so you can consciously step out of auto mode and learn to feel more conscious in the here and now. If you do this regularly, you will gain control over your autopilot. This way you will learn to handle stress better and your general well-being will improve. Through a full introduction series, you can start right away through audio guidance.

It will help you develop more helpful habits that contribute to a good night's sleep. It will also help you to better manage stress and anxiety.
